Microsoft Expression Web Designer has a truly impressive set of tools for working with cascading style sheets (CSS). Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you should know how Expression Web Designer generates styles and when to use specific features.  Here are some of the new css features in EWD, and brief descriptions of what they do.

The Apply Styles Task Pane

You can edit any style while you're on a given page even when that style is on an external style sheet that's not open and even if you don't know any css.

The Manage Styles Task Pane

You can use the Manage Styles task pane to move styles from an external CSS to an internal CSS and vice versa, or to move the location of a style within in a CSS.
